LeadRescueOS provides an AI-powered lead management platform that captures, qualifies, and books leads for home service businesses through automated SMS, email, and voice interactions.

3. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are issued at our discretion per our refund policy. Price changes require 30 days notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LeadRescueOS for illegal activities, spam, or to violate applicable laws including TCPA and CAN-SPAM regulations. You are responsible for ensuring you have proper consent to contact your leads.

5. Data & Privacy

You retain ownership of your data. We process it on your behalf per our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of contact information you provide.

6. Limitation of Liability

LeadRescueOS is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless otherwise required by law.
