The onboarding wizard collects your business name, industry, phone number (port or get a new one), services with price ranges, and business hours. This configures your AI agents and autopilots.
Go to Autopilots and toggle on Missed Call Rescue. This is the fastest way to start recovering revenue — every missed call gets an instant SMS response.
Go to Integrations to connect Twilio (SMS/voice), Google Calendar (appointments), and Stripe (payments). Most integrations require API keys from the provider.
Go to AI Agent to set your assistant personality, greeting, knowledge base (services, pricing, FAQs), and escalation number for when the AI cannot handle a call.
Go to the Revenue Vault to see what revenue is hiding in your business. Activate autopilots to start recovering missed calls, open estimates, and inactive customers.
When a customer calls your business and nobody answers, LeadRescueOS automatically sends a text message within minutes. The AI qualifies the lead by asking about their needs and can book an appointment directly into your calendar. Configure the delay (default 5 minutes), max follow-ups (default 3), and message template with {first_name} and {business_name} placeholders.
Instantly responds to website form submissions via SMS. When a visitor fills out your contact form, the AI sends a personalized response within 30 seconds, qualifies the lead, and can schedule a service appointment automatically.
Full calendar sync with Google Calendar. Create, confirm, reschedule, and track appointments. No-Show Rescue automatically texts customers who miss their appointment to reschedule. View upcoming, confirmed, completed, and no-show appointments in one place.
Scans your leads, contacts, and appointments to find revenue hiding in your business — missed calls not yet booked, estimates sent but never accepted, customers who have not had service in a while, and no-shows. Shows the total potential recoverable value for each category and lets you activate autopilots to recover it.
Customer 360 view with lifetime value, appointment history, conversation logs, and estimates. Track customer status (lead, active, inactive), retention score, churn risk, and referral count. Reactivate inactive customers with targeted campaigns.
Four pre-configured automated workflows: Missed Call Rescue, Web Lead Rescue, Review Autopilot, and Maintenance Reminder. Toggle each on/off, configure settings like delay, follow-up count, message templates, and review platform. View recovered revenue and jobs for each autopilot.
Full revenue attribution showing which autopilots recovered which revenue. Track recovery rates, conversion funnels, lead status distribution, and autopilot performance. View appointments vs. estimates, campaign metrics, and message send stats.
Specialized AI agents handle different tasks: AI Receptionist (answers calls, qualifies leads), Estimate Agent (follows up on sent estimates), Scheduling Agent (books and confirms appointments), and Reactivation Agent (reaches out to inactive customers). Each agent has configurable personality, knowledge base, and guardrails.
Technician profiles with skills, certifications, and service radius. AI-scored dispatch recommendations match the right technician to each job based on skills, location, and availability. Capacity snapshots show utilization and open slots.
Unified SMS inbox for all customer conversations. AI handles initial responses, you can take over anytime. Search conversations, view message history, and respond directly. Unread count badges show which conversations need attention.
Create detailed estimates with line items, quantities, and pricing. Track estimate status (draft, sent, accepted, rejected). AI Follow-up automatically sends follow-up messages on sent estimates that have not been accepted. View total pending value and follow-up counts.
